Constituency Update – December 2017

Back home!

It has been awhile since I gave a constituency update. We have been in session since September and so my constituency meetings have been limited to one day a week. I am excited to get back to spending more time in Saanich North and the Islands in December and January.

We will travel throughout the Southern Gulf Islands and meeting in the Sidney office up to December 15th. You can see our calendar of meetings on our events page. My time is mostly booked up already as we are trying to catch up, but if you would like to book a meeting please contact us.

I will be away from the office from December 18th – January 8th. It will be great to reconnect with my family and friends that I have not seen for a long time. The Constituency Office will be closed from December 25th – January 2nd to provide our hardworking staff time to recharge.

In January, our focus is healthcare. There are a number of upcoming events from meetings with service providers, a Town Hall with the Minister and a Community Dialogue. Check out our events page, join us and let us know your feedback on how the system works and your ideas on how it can work better.

  1. I am committed to ensuring that the Green Party be seen as the problem solving party in Canada, and I am very glad that you are holding this regular series…a lot of good can come of this.
